Is that possible? :)<br /><br />Although each training cycle brings different challenges, it seems like you have a solid handle on balancing running with cross training and heart-rate training in general; you know exactly what you're supposed to do, exactly which values/paces you're supposed to hit, and exactly how everything should feel.
